Shipping policy

How Our Shipping Works Because every product in our store is made to order by our expert production partners, there are two phases to getting your order to your door — production and shipping. Please factor both into your delivery expectations.

Production Time Most orders enter production within 24 hours of being placed and are typically ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Personalized or customized items, as well as certain specialty products, may require additional production time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production partner's facility.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.


Shipping Carriers We work with industry-leading production partners who ship via major carriers. Carrier selection is determined by your location and the specific product ordered. You will receive tracking information once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.


Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@izzyandstewart.com and we will look into it right away.


Shipping Address Accuracy Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Because production begins promptly after your order is accepted, we are unable to make address changes once an order is in production.

Izzy & Stewart Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our production partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@izzyandstewart.com if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.


Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or anyone else at the delivery address
  • Checking around all entry points of your home or building
  • Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number to open an inquiry

If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@izzyandstewart.com and we will work with our production partners to find the best resolution. Please note that Izzy & Stewart Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery.


International Shipping We are happy to ship to most international destinations. Please be aware of the following:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • Izzy & Stewart Studio has no control over customs processing times, and international delivery estimates do not include potential customs delays.
  • Some international destinations may not be available at checkout due to carrier or production partner restrictions.

A Few Important Notes

  • Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as carrier delays or severe weather.
  • Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
